They wanted a home that is not only beautifully designed but also extremely comfortable, with materials that offer a soft, tactile experience.
Exterior Renderings
Style of this residence is Modern Minimalist
The overall structure is defined by straight lines and geometric forms
The wooden shadings add an interesting touch to the patio , especially when the sun rays hit the forms
The design features thoughtful outdoor areas, such as terraces and covered patios, which extend the living spaces outward and create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor environments.
There is a sense of openness, both in the building structure and in its relationship with the surrounding environment.
The color scheme is neutral, relying on whites, greys, and natural wood tones to maintain a calm and understated aesthetic.
The use of wood for cladding and natural stone on the facade creates a harmonious blend with the environment.
The use of expansive windows brings in a lot of natural light, which is another key aspect of modernist architecture.
The house is composed of simple, geometric forms with an emphasis on flat surfaces and clean, uninterrupted lines.
