THE MODERN & TYPICAL VILLA DESIGN This project is a two-storey private villa located in Bahrain. I made the design from the schematic design, design development and project management until its fully completed early this year 2024. This project was with my previous employer in Bahrain
Exterior Renderings
The Rendering This project involved designing a modern villa that would be both visually striking and enduring. The client sought a contemporary aesthetic that would not feel dated in the years to come. The architect achieved this by blending clean lines, symmetrical facades, and minimalist detailing with timeless materials like high quality concrete. The result was a home that is both sophisticated and understated, a testament to the enduring appeal of modern design.
Floor Plan
The ground floor layout is typically consists of living spaces with separate space for guests, service areas for daily service activities and an open landscape and open parking area
Elevation Plan
FRONT ELEVATION & LEFT ELEVATION The elevation shows scaled dimension of the building with technical specifications of exterior finishes and codes of windows and doors.
Section Plan
SECTION A-A & SECTION B-B The section drawing shows the internal spaces of the building that reflects the maximum floor to floor height of the building, the ceiling height and the habitable rooms of the building
