Project Background
The terrain is difficult, the site is tight. The site is skeptical. Our agency was the third to be contacted for the project and the client was stunned with the amazing proposal we came up with. Her skepticism transitioned to optimism on sighting our proposal. The project is a winged residential apartment flanked with three and two bedrooms respectively on three suspended floors. As stated, the site has a steeped slope of 2.1m... this was harnessed as the parking lot to make room for recreation.
