Project Background
An accountant from Dubai recently purchased a beachfront in the island of Buyayao in Bulalaco, Oriental Mindoro. He wants to develop it into a resort that can serve as a retreat for those wanting to escape the busy city life. This is done in the neo-vernacular style.
