Project Background
The project was done in a month, from design to construction and handing over. The client wanted a space that feels larger than its actual size. My project manager delivered exactly as designed
Project Concept
The project idea came from the brief and balance of elements. The client gave a description of the space he has seen in the U.S
Spatial Composition
The space is compost of styles and organisational principles
Materials & Processing Technology
The materials used must be in line with the mood board.
This is what we use to choose the materials, colours that will go to various spaces
Floor Plan
This is the floor plan done as a scheme design. The client had a tight budget

Shades of white, natural ventilation, large windows with spectacular views, and extravagant space. Spectacular
The client wanted a warm reception in this space and I delivered just that.
The client wanted something unique, and creative. He liked this space eventually.
