Falcon View estate, Hartbeesport it is where the beautiful blue and white tascan concrete roof house , with a magnificent view of both Magalliesberg Mountains and dam, close to the numerous bout clubs, the house blends well with the environment, aesthetic , fun , designed with a purpose of low carbon emission using solar heat panels for water heating and lights, all the walls and roof foot print are well insulated for heat regulation inside the house , the house has a cavity wall .
