Project Background
A 1000 sq m residence designed with a central courtyard to allow natural ventilation and lighting.
The building happens to be on a site that has two entrances hence separate car porches were created to allow multiple accesses to the building.

Interior Renderings
The double-heighted entrance gives an immediate impact of grandeur at the entrance. Intricate details were added to give a touch of royalty to the space.
The water fountain situated in the middle of the courtyard becomes the point of interest from the main entrance to the building.
The central courtyard acts as a private garden for the family. French balconies were also added towards this courtyard on the first floor; which can be accessed from the connecting bedrooms.
