a post modern styled house,designed for Mr.Frank,who is an estate manager.the building sits on a 20 by 20 m2 plot. it posses 6 rooms where,3 are bedrooms,3 others are dinning room,kitchen and a livingroom with two bedrooms possessing toilets,the third toilet is for public use.
Exterior Renderings
Front side-the house is painted in khaki which enabes it to blend well with the environment.flora positioning and the contemporary style makes be a gem hidden at the outskirt of Ilala
the parking and the living room are proximity to each other ,with a second entry door hidden at the far end of the livingroom side facing the parking
by the look of this picture none will ever guess that this fence is for thr house located in Chanika,rular part of Ilala.. i wanted that,by just looking at the fence design,one shall have a hint of something extra beautiful exist within the compound
