Project Background
The first time I saw this house, I decided to rent it. The structure of the mezzanine floor is relatively high, and the north and south are transparent. The most important thing is to have a 30-square-meter private garden on the first floor. For those who like flowers and plants, they are also helping stray cats. It's just not perfect for me.
Interior Renderings
Living Room In the renovated living room, the original furniture was basically replaced. The biggest change was actually the stairs. We specially invited someone to change the original complicated fancy guardrail to this kind of simple and smooth lines. The use of large rugs keeps the whole space from looking large and empty.
Dining Room In the renovated restaurant, a long gray tablecloth was added to the original table, the dining room lights were replaced, the necessary tableware and dried flowers were placed, and the wall decoration was simply hung with hand-made garlands, and a book about food 's magazine.
Bedroom In the renovated master bedroom, the original window is very large, with two sides of lighting, a layer of gauze, and a layer of gray-blue blackout curtains. Facts have proved that the curtains have really changed the entire home environment. It is still mainly functional, and a single sofa floor lamp is placed by the window, which is suitable for reading in a daze in the sun.
Balcony In the renovated garden balcony, the rattan sofa in the second bedroom has been moved here. The photos taken by photographer friends are also the favorite corners of stray cats on rainy days.
Bathroom The bathroom is basically unchanged. A white shower curtain has been added. The space is clean and beautiful when the sun shines through the venetian blinds.
