Project Background
The project was to design 3DS for the interior spaces included the hotel reception, the restaurant, the suites. Modern CGI's were created to suite the client's preferences.
Floor Plan
The floor plan was basically left the same since the furnishing positions remained the same, only the finishes were changed to modern looking ones.
The entire furniture was changed and new glossy wooden finishes were applied to the walls around the reception.
the bed as well as the sofas were changed to allow for more circulation and necessitate ventilation.
Just one of the twin classic suites were refurbished or planned for but implementation of the design would be for both suites.
Interior Renderings
The job was to create 3D visualizations for the refurbishment of the hotel lobby. Wall finishes were changed from normal emulsion paint to silk paint and the furniture was changed completely to a royal-styled one to fit the status of the hotel. CGI's for the suites and restaurant was also done , all upgrading the facade to a modern face which was all in line with the design psychology for the job.

The suites were also designed to reflect the status of the hotel as the top destination in the State. Modern soft furnishing elements as well as bespoke furniture was proposed in all the CGI's.
The restaurant was upgraded to a modern-styled setting with elements of victorian/baroque styles.
