Project Background
The client required furnished apartment for his foreign guests travel here all the year round. I have tried to design the interior with full accommodation facilities.
Project Concept
Concept is modern living condition for multicultural guests. I have made modifications to accommodate required facilities in the apartment.
Project Highlights
Conventional design of interiors has been expanded to a multicultural environment to fulfill modern living conditions.
Spatial Composition
The interior projects demand some compositional changes to create the desired comfort and accessibilities where one can convey the mood that the owner picture.
Materials & Processing Technology
We have been used available materials to ensure the aesthetic beauty and best workmanship in execution. Modern way of execution secured the work done as per specifications.
Floor Plan
The existing interior layout has been modified where it’s been required. Create and merge additional areas within the existing floor area.
Interior Renderings
We have described our interior plan through 3D Rendering of the different areas so that the confirmed his requirements.
3D White Model(Photo)
Used 3D drawings to ensure the using of interior spaces as per specifications, render the views with specified material, colors and lightings.
Construction Drawing - Ceiling Plan
One of the important part of the interior design is the False ceiling plan to have the proper lighting arrangement with AC ducting which has been done properly.
