Project Background
The project was designed to key details. The clients idea interpreted accordingly and to her satisfaction. The concept of the design is modern both in the interior and exterior. It was delivered exactly the client wanted it.
Exterior Renderings
This is the architectural rendering of five bedrooms maisonette.
All bedrooms are ensuite with a walk inn closet, spacious kitchen, pantry, sunken lounge, dining area, breakfast nook, wide balconies provided. Steel main doors and aluminum double doors in the inside with maximum securityty. The aesthetic value of the design is paramount as the client wanted.
The roof is heaped and masonry wall is plastered, painted and rendered to architects direction and approval. The windows are big enough to enhance enough lighting at daytime. Window glazing is exactly the client wanted.
The spaces provided are spacious for maximum comfort,. Perfect organization and flow. Comfortable and spacious porches to attain functionality.
