The clients idea was well interpreted by the architect and implemented exactly the client wanted it to attain maximum comfort of the tenants, privacy, good floor and organization. ample parking and security was considered.
Master Plan Renderings
Dwarf walls in the slab roof all round is provided to minimize any dangers for the personnel using the area. Natural lighting is well catered for in the units to avoid using electrical lighting during the day by provision of big windows. Exactly how the client wanted.
