Project Background
Due to the configuration of the land plot and the requirements of the legislation, the two main facades of the building are facing north and west. The north facade is the main facade of the building. The volume covered with white travertine tiles visually forms the frame of the building, In the dark gray plane, there are exit openings to the balconies.
The western facade is the second main facade of the building and is characterized by good insolation and views. 0.6 sq.m. area rooms are located between the balconies, which accommodate technical and storage functions. These rooms are separated from the main volume of the building both by color and volume. This facade meticulously repeats the visual and functional solutions of the main facade, which provides a harmonious combination as a whole.
