THE HOTEL IS A HIGH- RISE STRUCTURE WITH AN OVERALL HEIGHT OF 213'-0" TO THE UPPERMOST OCCUPIED LEVEL AND CONTAINS APPROXIMATELY 324 GUESTROOMS, HOTEL AMENITIES, GYM, ROOFTOP RESTAURANT, 500 SF AFRICAN AMERICAN HERITAGE MUSEUM, HOTEL BUFFET AND LOBBY ON THE SECOND LEVEL AND HOTEL RESTAURANT AND BAR ON THE GROUND LEVEL ADJACENT TO THE URBAN OPEN SPACE.
