Project Background
This project is an option for the first villa that I designed located on a 719 square meter lot. The image shows the facade facing the mountain view on the opposite side. Also, the pool is placed in an area so that the clients have a clear gaze of the mountain side as well as enjoy the warmth of the sun coming from the south western side.
Exterior Renderings
The image shows top of the building with solar panels at the upper deck.
The project is located on the slope of the hill and goes down from the road level. The design can be maximized further by trying to posistion the structure at the middle of the lot.
The image shows the facade facing the road. The structure was designed with a strong and bulky features with glass and steel.
The existing tree was taken into consideration and adds shade to the structure.
