Project Background
The construction industry in the country has identified the need and demand for raw material and has proposed the CCITY in Colombo as a solution for it. CCTIY will function as a material market/hub of imported construction material.
The entrance was designed as a portal so that visitors are drawn in from the main street and distributed organically throughout the complex. 
The storage complex has generous amounts of storage capacity both indoors and outdoors.
The storage facility has a viewing platform, which enables the general public to make their shopping trips more pleasurable and safe.
Exterior Renderings
The project was implemented as an extension to the existing Construction City and mainly consists of a state-of-the-art gallery for sales and promotion, An administration block with office spaces, Refurbishment workshops with micro-factories, and a Vertical storage complexes for Building materials.
