1. The owner requires that the function of the room should make up for the imperfections of the original house type, such as the low utilization rate of the oversized garden, the original layout is unreasonable, and there is no living balcony, etc.; 2. The house is mainly lived by two hostesses, so it is hoped that the home will be easier to take care of, and a clean and tidy modern style will be the best choice;

According to the customer's needs and the layout of the house, we give the whole space a gray tone with a modern style. Soft light tiles with texture, stainless steel lines on the top increase the layering of the space, and dark gray sofas and curtains make the overall tone more calm and stable.

The living room connected to the garden and the tea room has no pressure on lighting at all. The electric double-layer curtains not only achieve the decorative effect, but also effectively weaken the abrupt feeling of the original architectural columns.

The transparent and unobstructed living room, dining room, and kitchen LDK allow the owners to maximize the connection and interaction between each other in the public space.

Behind the dining table is the western kitchen space integrated with refrigerator, steam oven, and operating table. As an extension of the original kitchen, it not only makes up for the lack of storage space in the middle kitchen, but also solves the problem of placing coffee machines and bread machines.

The white slate countertops make the kitchen look cleaner and neater. The bar counter is adjacent to the dining table. When guests come, the chef prepares food on the side of the stove. The visual presentation is direct, and everyone can have better interactive communication.

The cloakroom is a transitional space connecting the master bedroom and the living room. On the one hand, it uses the corner space to provide more storage functions, and on the other hand, it ensures the privacy of the master bedroom.

Between the master bedroom and the balcony, we use stainless steel door casings to make the modern style more prominent, and the iron-gray wood veneer panels at the head of the bed create a peaceful sleeping atmosphere.

Floor Plan

The original house type is a standard three-bedroom, two-bathroom house type, but the biggest feature is that it has a super-large balcony. In addition to the low utilization rate and difficult maintenance, the landscape balcony and the living balcony are used together. Affected to a certain extent; the door of the master bedroom is facing the dining room, which lacks privacy.

Design Strategy: 1. Shoe cabinets and lockers are installed on three sides of the entrance hall area to maximize storage space. 2. The public space, living room, dining room, and kitchen adopt a fully open LDK design, and the open kitchen optimizes the flow of returning home. 3. Incorporate the west and north balconies with poor view into the interior space to improve the deficiencies of the original house type, including the cloakroom
