Simple, Modern and elegant are what i was after when designing the house
Simple, Modern and elegant are what i was after when designing the house
Exterior 3D Render for the villa, simply elegant is what i aimed for when designing this project.
The interior is also simple and elegant, I focused on bringing a lot of natural light to the space through the big windows to the south east.

Floor Plan
when entering the house you're met with a view through the dinning area in the kitchen and to the garden in the background. the ground floor hosts the living room and the stairs which are a very important piece of the project. The stairs had to be classy and prestigious as the client wanted so they have a triple Hight sealing which gives a sensation of "grandeur" in this not so big house.
First Floor Hosts a home office, the parental suite and the TV Room / Entertainment center
the second floor Hosts the kids rooms, a suite and two bedrooms along with a bathroom in-between
Elevation Plan
Linear, white and simple, the faade is the result of various volumes colliding
Section Plan
The triple height ceiling in the stair hall gives a great sense of volume and "big" space and it gets in a lot of natural light
