The weak electric room with an original space of only 50㎡ has been idle. Party A’s request is to use all the space as much as possible to accommodate 10-20 party members for simple rest, meetings and simple office spaces, and at the same time have a modern and intelligent design. Because the original space is an equipment room, the floor is an aging anti-static floor (non-removable), the top surface is worn out mineral wool boards, and various equipment and electrical appliances (basically non-movable), just like the on-site photos, the actual situation is very bad and very difficult.
