Glass leading from the dining area to the study is the highlight of this project. Glass partition brings light from the dining-kitchen area to interior rooms, meanwhile, increases the permeability of the space. We adjust the space layout to fulfill the living requirement of two people. The master bedroom is enlarged for ample storage space. While people are emphasizing the space feeling and experience, the boundary between spaces has gradually blurred. The opened dining-kitchen area is conduced for clients to cook and enjoy dining time. The teak color finish improves the quality of the space and create a natural sense of belonging.
The spacious balcony is reserved for fitness, entertainment and other activities. The balcony is wrapped with wood veneer, like an open box, presents a friendly and welcoming attitude.
The glass partition brings natural light into interior, opens up the space view and enhances the communication and interaction between the study and the living space. The study also serves as guest bedroom for family and friends to stay overnight, while reserving space for additional family members in the future.
The master bedroom is equipped with opened secondary clothing area to keep the room neat and orderly, meanwhile, maintain the light can comes in. Full-wall cabinet maximizes the storage for family needs. The design of the project was completed, the construction will start in late November.
