Project Background
The customer is the hardcover room delivery, but the original hardcover room, no matter the house structure, function, style is not what the customer wants. So the client wants to remove all of them and redecorate the design. Considering the customer's budget and living habits, we only kept the kitchen, and all the others were dismantled into blank rooms and renovated and designed again.
Floor Plan
A family of four, two babies are twin boys. The original apartment has five rooms, each of which is very small in size. Household storage is not enough, the toilet area is relatively small, storage is not enough.
According to the needs of customers, the original five rooms into three rooms and a cloakroom. The spare guest room is placed on the right side of the door. When there are no guests, it is the e-sports room often used by the host. The laundry room is connected with this room, and playing games at night will not affect other rooms. The living room combines the original balcony, so that the living room size becomes larger, to meet the needs of a family of four to watch TV and play with children.
Interior Renderings
The client wants the whole clean, warm, comfortable, so we remove a lot of unnecessary complex design in the whole space, the whole space is cream color as the keynote, and then use wood veneer wood grain color, Pandora rock board to decorate, making the whole space transparent clean and warm.
We enclose the balcony into the living room, which makes the whole space more open and has better light.
We designed a special shape of sofa background wall to make the space more artistic.
The dining room and living room are designed as a whole, making the whole space more open and transparent.
To make the space cleaner, we did away with the traditional chandeliers in the dining room and replaced them with six recessed 35-hole spotlights.
In the background of the main bed head, the back of the bed is used to flatten the wall, so that the vision is at a level and the space atmosphere is clean. The thickness of the back is used to make a bedside table for storage. The direction of the door of the master bedroom has been changed to increase the storage of the master bedroom, and the size of both sides of the bed is generous, which can be reserved for the baby with three children later.
Considering that the two children are twins, in order to enhance the relationship between the two brothers, we opened up the original two small rooms to form a large room. We designed the desk to have this kind of shaped structure, so that two children can study together at the same time, and mom and dad can sit in the middle to help supervise.
This is the cloakroom. We design the dresser into the cloakroom according to the hostess's living line, so that we can choose and try clothes directly after makeup.
