The customer's demand for the living room is to maximize. Considering that on the one hand, customers do not need to dry clothes and prefer to use a dryer, so we wrapped the original living balcony into the living room and expanded the area of the living room. On the other hand, there is a beam above the living room that cannot be knocked off, so we use two lamp belts to weaken it, making the whole space form a whole and visually expanding the living room space.

To learn that the customer this house is used to live in winter and summer vacation, from the field back, it is inevitable that bags and bags of luggage, so we in the entrance entrance design of shoes and hats, can put the owner back when the suitcase, no longer have to worry about the road dust into the room, can also put stairs and other household sundry.

In the kitchen, we did the open treatment, and the original two pipes that were not good to deal with became one. In this way, the kitchen and dining room form a whole, and the host and hostess cook more interactively. Kitchen countertops and dining room islands can meet the needs of different kitchen DIY.

The refrigerator, steaming oven and pipeline machine in the kitchen are all built-in storage, which saves space and is beautiful.

Clients prefer low beds and feel more secure. So we made a platform design, on the one hand to isolate part of the moisture, on the other hand more ceremonial.

Considering the small size of the master bathroom, we liberated the vanity outside. It's comfortable to wash your hands, use the toilet, and bathe.

Toilet, washbasin, toilet do separate design, so that the use of non-interference, more convenient.

The client's current demand for the second bedroom is a spare room, so we did not do too much design on the hard installation, leaving more plasticity for this space in the future. In the future, whether this room is used by children or guest rooms, as long as soft replacement can be.

Public health we have done dry and wet separation processing, put the washer dryer next to the bathroom cabinet, after the bath can directly dry clothes, to meet the customer's life line. In the shower area, we made a convex design, on the one hand, we can put the body wash shampoo, on the other hand, it is convenient to sit and bathe the child, so that customers can use comfortably.

Floor Plan

The original structure of the shoe cabinet storage is not easy to put. Both the husband and wife like to cook. The original kitchen area is small, and the two down pipes in the kitchen are difficult to handle, which cannot meet the customer's experience of the kitchen requirements. Public health sewer pipes block the Windows, affecting the use of ventilation and light. The master bedroom area is small, can not meet the storage needs of customers.

After the transformation, there is a room for shoes and hats, and there are places for suitcases, stairs and sundries. The shoes changing stool, clothes hook and clothes mirror are designed to meet the needs and experience of customers entering and leaving the house. The original kitchen is opened up and two water pipes are merged to form a whole kitchen, which satisfies the interactive experience of customers to the kitchen and restaurant.
