Project Background
The project is located by the river, and the original apartment is four bedrooms, two living rooms, one kitchen and three bathrooms. We know that the permanent resident population is only a couple, and the son is working as an adult. He only comes back to live occasionally, and he will not bring guests to live in this house. In order to improve the living experience and space utilization of the couple, we changed to two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms.
Floor Plan
The original pattern into the household is too narrow and long, not enough atmosphere. The public health is right next to the entrance, which is not good either in feng shui or visual sense. The living room has Windows on both sides, the TV is a problem and the space is relatively small. The kitchen space is too small to meet the needs of the customers. The second bedroom area is not comfortable enough to use according to the needs of customers.
Understanding the needs of customers, living here is not only to meet the needs, more comfort, there is a feeling of vacation. Then according to the living structure of the population and the visitors, we changed the form of four rooms and two living rooms to two rooms, two living rooms and two sets of bathrooms, and used all the space for the residents to create an independent leisure space.
Interior Renderings
The whole living room is mainly black and white, so that the internal space is as clean and calm as possible, so that one is in line with the temperament of the host and hostess, and the other is not to rob the living room of the riverside scenery. The living room incorporates the original location of the study, and makes the guest dining room and kitchen into a whole, increasing the sense of space and at the same time increasing the interaction of these three functional areas.
The whole shoe cabinet to the wall adopts the black mirror design, which plays the role of pulling the sense of space into the household. The design of traditional TV background wall is abandoned and the TV is placed in the position of load-bearing wall. The concave design of the two doors increases the sense of buffering and ceremony, and the overall zero aisle design.
The kitchen is designed in the form of open + island, which enhances the experience of entry and maximizes the visual sense. The original public health wall gives space for shoe cabinet.
The master bedroom has wood veneers paired with rock slabs for a warm, sophisticated feel.
The entire cabinet in the master bedroom cloakroom has a black mirror, which can be used as a full-length mirror to increase the sense of space. Yoga is also a good choice here.

The second bedroom continues the overall black and white feeling of the main tone, to create a kind of senior tough feeling. A desk near the window is designed to enjoy the river view outside the window while reading and working. The hanging design of the wardrobe beside the bed makes the space more transparent. On the other hand, an imitation fireworks humidifier can be designed here to enhance the texture and atmosphere of life products.
The second bedroom has a walk-in closet and the bathroom has an invisible door to make the whole thing more harmonious.
