THE PLOT (2059-KOUSBA) WITH LONG VEHICLE ENTRANCE WITH PARKING AND SERVICE SPACES IS LOCATED AT THE BASE OF THE PLOT ACCESSIBLE FROM THE HIGHWAY MAIN ROAD.
THE FRONT FACADE AS DESIGNED WITH THE POINTED ARCHES BESIDES THE BALCONIES AND THE RED ROOFING BRICKS ALONG THE SQUARE SHAPE OF THE BUILDING HELPS TO CREAT FREE AND WIDE OPENINGS IN WHICH THOSE ELEMENTS ARE ATTRIBUTED TO THE PURE LEBANESE ARCHITECTURE, BESIDES THE WALL CLADDING OF EXTERIOR SURFACES NATURAL MATERIALS SUCH AS LEBANESE STONE CUT IN BOTH WAYS OF TEXTURED AS GRAINY AND PLANE, SMOOTH, PEELED,OR MASHED STONES.
THE MAIN ENTRANCE AS INSPIRED BY TERRACED MEDITERRANEAN HOUSES, CONECTED FROM THE HIGHWAY WITH THE LONG WAY IN BETWEEN THE OLIVE TREES IN THE PLOT.
