Project Background

The beneficiaries of this property purchased this property in 2020. It was in a deplorable state. It was an old house surrounded by mud. We had to expand the house, make a bathroom for each bedroom. The land related to the property was 2360 square meters. I arranged the entire property both inside and outside. The budget was 300,000 euros. From a house with one bathroom and 3 rooms, we expanded the house and reached 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with dinning, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room and a terrace.
