Project Background
The focus of this project was a reinnovattion of the interiors. The Client wanted an interior space that was light, modern and cozy. The Apartments were originally completed in 2003
The wooden floor was to remain as is, the paintwork, fittings and furniture was to be updated.
The project cover is the existing exterior facade of the building.
Project Concept
Our metropolitan style was a mixed approach of the modern + scandinavian styles.

Construction Drawing - Flooring Detail
The floor detail consists of a wooden floor in the main living area and bedrooms, Matte grey ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and laundry, a white tile floor tile in the kitchen, and brown concrete slabs in the balcony area.
