Project Background
The project consisted of two floors, complete design and design proposal including Floor plans, layouts, schematics and renders. The Total Space was 307 Sqm
Project Concept
The first concept involved an entrance lobby from the main door to the Living area and the starecase.
An open Living room attached to the dining room was also considered. The client preferred a partition screen between the living area and the dining area.
An 8-seater dining space came with an open bar area that attached to the open kitchen.
The client had a desire for a modern Kitchen plus pantry that also connected to a future exterior seating (Attached gazebo) area from the kitchen. natural light was a major consideration for the client and the design team to help brighten both the dining and kitchen area.
