Contemporary bedroom design that reflects the elegant colors scheme with a cozy mood. The large fixed window shows a view to the living room area to break the narrow space. The fabric material of the curtain made the needed privacy. (3D rendering)

Project Background

Farah Al Jaber Apartment (FJ Residence) had major difficulties in area distribution and partitioning solutions. Especially that it has two sides with no openings and need ventilation solutions as well.

Project Concept

The concept taken from the narrow space that characterized of Cozy Hygge.

Spatial Composition

A strict relation between the apartment location and contemporary building style. The shapes and material of the design elements is the structure of the Hygge concept.

Materials & Processing Technology

Light Beige fabric for the L-sofa and sofa bed in the living room.

Brown fabric for the rocker armchair and pillows of the sofas.

Oak wood for corridor ceiling and lower cabinet and shelve near the chimney.

Wood planks for the back chimney wall behind the TV

Beige stone bricks for wall cladding on both sides of the TV.

Oak wood finish for the entrance wall panel behind the consol.

Open book white marble tiles for the living room floor.

Carpet style and color for the living room and the reading area round carpet.

Light Oak wood brown color finish for all the doors. and Medium Oak wood brown color finish for the Entrance door.

Bed cover design. Beige fabric color with light Beige mattress cover.

Bedroom Greige fabric color for the sunscreen curtain.

Metal for the utensils and some furniture structures such as legs and arms.

5 Picture frames for the bedroom wall with different frame sizes.

Picture artwork sample for the toilet wall near the sink.

Gray stone cladding for the toilet walls and floor tiles.

Wood finish veneer for the toilet top counters and kitchen counters and top counters.

Floor Plan
