The project was designed to help the unemployed youth, in developing and learning new skills. It provides a library, workspaces, as well as culinary arts studios.

The project maximizes the accessibility.

A ramp was used to allow accessibility to people with disabilities.
Many openings are used for better natural lighting as well as passive ventilation.

The design embraces the sloping site, instead of flattening the site.
