Project Background
The aim was to design a modern style residential building. The design comprises a living room, kitchen/dining area, Master bedroom(self-contained), 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Exterior Renderings
The concept was to design a building with a modern look and feel, while incorporating a substantial amount of greenery. During the design phase, priority was given to the efficient use of space, as well as creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor areas.
Natural “amakoro” stone was utilized to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the space by providing a striking contrast against the smooth white walls. Additionally, large curtain walls were strategically placed to maximize the use of natural light, and overhangs and plants were incorporated to provide shading.
The aim was to design a modern style residential building. The design comprises a living room, kitchen/dining area, Master bedroom(self-contained), 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
