项目位于广东惠州南昆山度假区，室内面积约为1000㎡，主要是以接待公司团建，度假等性质经营。整体风格为现代简约风格，满足居住功能的同时创造更多的娱乐空间。

地下室面积约为450㎡，配有KTV、台球娱乐区、多功能区、泳池、温泉泡池、儿童娱乐区、棋牌区、客房等功能。
