This is a project proposal for Wildlife Research's and Training Institute(WRTI) which is desirous to develop a headquarter office complex in Naivasha. Its among other facilities that the institute is developing in Naivasha and other sub-centers in Nyeri and Malindi. The office complex features executive offices, department offices, ICT lab, Library, Boardroom, balcony which offers beautiful sceneries of the wildlife, out-door party lounge, modern restaurant and mess, skylight among others.
