Exterior Renderings
Stylish hotel. The central, glass-clad building offers an immersive view. Three symmetrical wings extend, each floor with halls and lounges. On the ground floor, the reception welcomes with elegance, the adjacent lounge invites relaxation. Two futuristic-designed panoramic elevators provide a spectacular view, while a majestic staircase adds grandeur and sophistication. A harmonious blend of modern design, refined aesthetics, and luxurious comfort, creating a memorable experience.
Floor Plan
A modern 95-room hotel project: A bright entrance hall with a circular automatic door equipped with motion detection for main access. Presence of 2 panoramic glass elevators overlooking this hall. A spacious and sleek reception, with a wide front desk. Contemporary and designer furniture. At least 95 rooms of 18 to 25 m², bathed in light thanks to large bay windows. Comfortable bedding, private bathroom with walk-in shower. Home automation to control lighting, blinds, temperature.
Architectural Rendering-Canopy
The entrance is enhanced by a grand staircase adorned with greenery, accompanied by a vast circular wall housing a circular door with automatic opening in glass and golden aluminum. The two panoramic staircases add a distinctive touch to the access. Ventilated wall panels contribute to providing an extra layer of sophistication to the entrance facade.
Architectural Rendering-Main Gate
The third wing, housing the restaurant, gracefully presents itself with an aluminum-clad inclined wall that emerges seamlessly from the ground. The restaurant's facade, entirely composed of glass, offers a sweeping panorama of the sparkling pool and the inviting outdoor space. This design not only provides a visually captivating experience for diners but also seamlessly integrates the indoor and outdoor environments, fostering a sense of openness and connection with the surrounding landscape.

Access to the parking is facilitated by the sloped site configuration. The design includes two symmetrical entrances to the underground parking, integrated into the building, allowing convenient access from the ground floor through the elevators
