Project Background
This project was for us to develop 3d renderings for a client. She wanted something affordable yet funcional and overall beautiful.
Floor Plan
Simple floor plan for the apartment which the concepts were generated for.
Interior Renderings
Focal wall. This being the tv wall, we added some fluted wall pannels, book case, tv unit and marble background.
Wall 2. We placed thr 3 seater sofa with a skinny console table behind it for extra strorage.
3D White Model(Photo)
For this view, we added extra seating with ottomans, a rug to make them pop and wall art to that wall behind them.
We added wall to wall curtains to maximize natural lighting in the space. It was also styled with two accent chairs and a floor lamp.
Dining area view. Since the space felt small, we added a floor to ceiling, wall to wall mirror which gives off the illusion that the space is big.
