Project Background
Partner with Calvian Oscar Associates with Ftn as a supervisor in 2022. Back then, there was a project needed for car workshop that located in South Tangerang, DKI Jakarta City. Area was 40x44m around 1600m2. Workshop were rebuild by based old workshop and putted new program such as nano detailing, canteen, office and carwash area. These building will be a new headquarters for otoxpress otoklix as a workshop.
Master Plan Rendering
Implementation of high requirement material consider light and fast processing requirement installation. This will able to press budget and low maintanance for building acceptable.
Receptionist is the face of the company, we design very pleasure to make interested users come. With the standing logo will appear company brand.
Inside will go through the office parts, this can accommodate more than 50 peoples, for marketing and business purpose.
This lounge will be able to support clients and officer to sit and become a discussion area to talk with each other.
Private meeting room also consider the private area and far away from public area. This consists of head and principal of otoxpress.
Master Plan
Comparing with existing floor plan, these supports new things. This will able to accommodate more users for their daily need to car wash and improve their car for aesthetic purposes. Around 10 cars able to support for car wash, 2 cars for nano detailing and workshop purpose.
The section detail consists of building system and foundation such as reinforced concrete, wall break and curtain wall system implemented as a design criteria,
