This 123sqm apartment is located at bole next to Getu commercial building required a straight forward approach to maintain its sense of spaciousness. Clever storage techniques and layered textures are two common themes in each room. The public-facing areas are the most subdued, starting with a simple yet textural living room, its single chesterfield couch drawing the eye toward the comfortable seating area.
A back drop of rich light wood modern kitchen creates more visual drama without adding extraneous decoration. This delightfully streamlined family apartment makes the most of neutral color palate and simple materials. Tiny colorful accents pop up everywhere but they don’t dominate the design-it is a blend of minimalistic and classical design sensibilities.
