Project Background
A green modern contemporary design style with a warm and mellow interior spaces is the main design character for the G+2 residence. Since it was intended to have a private green space, a wider and open courtyard at the back was considered to get the natural, cozy and well ventilated interior space.
The first major design consideration is treating the narrow road leading to the main entrance. And provide a reasonable setback from the front fence and dedicating it for parking and stair cases taking to green courtyard ; the main house entrance and the service quarters at the Basement floor.
For the house to maintain its quality of space regardless of it's narrow path way and the adjacent neighboring buildings, the private green courtyard at the back and the additional basement service floor, had a significant contribution. The additional courtyards going all the way to the basement also play a great role in lighting and ventilating the sauna and entertainment spaces.
