The location is in Bulcan Philippines where mostly being flooded during rainy season, the clients wants to build a stilted house, where in the ground floor was alotted only for car parking and the upper floor would be the livable area of the whole family. This house has a living, dining and kitchen area, with 2 bedrooms for 2 children and master's bedroom then 1 common toilet and bath.
