This modern and high facility-end project is located in Gulberg greens Islamabad. It's an office building and design as per Pakistan building standard. it is 7 Storey building which is lower ground, ground with additional 5 Storey. Lower ground, ground and first floor have commercial activity whereas remaining 5 Storey is dedicated for office activities.
Exterior Renderings
Basic massing is design in Revit, Then Export to 3D max to add fine detail and for final render.
Floor Plan
It's an office building and design as per Pakistan building standard. it is 7 Storey building which is lower ground, ground with additional 5 Storey. Lower ground, ground and first floor have commercial activity whereas remaining 5 Storey is dedicated for office activities.
Elevation Plan
2D Elevation drawings show detail of different element in fine way, it also shows height between different slabs and overall height of the building.
