Project Background
This is a moodboard for the lounge area.This was a project done at the coast of Mombasa. My resposibility for the project was to work on the moodboard, floor plan layouts, sections, elevations and Renders for ground floor. I was in collaboration with Lemorgan Designs.
This next mood board is for the Kitchen area. The design style for this project was vintage contemporary design inspired.
This final moodboard was inspired from Boho design style
Floor Plan
I design the floor with an average area of 136.12sqm
Villa - Drawing Room, Living Room
This is the lounge area. Here I designed the space to look more soft and rastic since our client was a contractor, who was building his dream home.
Villa - Bedroom
The Guest bedroom was inspired by the owners Pinterest board that they had saved specifically for this project.
Other Interior Renderings
This is the kitchen area. Here I designed the space to be not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional.
The Guest bedroom was inspired by the owners Pinterest board that they had saved specifically for this project.
The walking closet was a debate among many but I was able to genereate a moody and calmn space just as what the client wish for.

This is a simple ceiling plan for all the rooms and the front porch.

This is an electrical Layout plan for all the rooms at ground floor.
