Project Background
the Kone family having a son who was successful in business, decided in January 2023 to call on an architect to design a family villa worthy of the name. the GRAFIC OFFICE structure (African Group of Consulting Engineers) responsible for feasibility studies then contacted me in order to propose a magnificent residence on a 1265m² site in Dubreka in the administrative region of KINDIA in the Republic of Guinea.
