Project Background
Mr shiva Aryal's house is located near the International Airport of Pokhara and is for residential purpose for the family of five. It is designed as per the vaastu and fengshui of the location and with touch of modern architecture.
Exterior Renderings
The plot is facing west side and have a huge porch that gives it a huge entrance as to enter the villa... has got the car park for two vehicles and small two wheelers.
Floor Plan
Ground floor contains sunken living space with open kitchen and dining hall with huge spiral D shaped staircase with wooden handrails. one guestroom.
First floor contains the master's bedroom with running wardrobe luxurious bathroom, family sitting hall, and two other attached bathroom.
Second floor contains huge hall for entertainment and mini gym hall with small bar counter at the corner. one bedroom for the guest or multipurpose use. and outside contains huge pergola area to enjoy the view and sitting area.
