1) Client needs were (Contemporary design -6 chairs dinning table-storage-Luxury Design & entrance) 2) I had to make space planning then build the mood board and share it with client -then I suggested a material board which he liked it so much - then I started to build the 3D model and select the FF&E . 3) I also offered him to submit ceiling - electric and 2D furniture plan. 4) The design fulfilled the client needs and he was satisfied and liked the idea of 360° walkthrough by QR code.
