Project Background
This project is a private clubhouse for the wealthy near the Guanlan Lake Golf Course. Facilities include fine dining, entertainment and minimal but luxurious accomodation.
Master Plan Rendering
The terrain has an existing small pond. We decided against draining it and actually increased it while designing our structure around it instead.
Exterior Renderings
To fit with the watery, on stilt theme we chose a mix of Southeast Asian, Chinese and Modernist architectural style.
