Project Background
This project is a small resort complex near a Buddhist temple, serves as like a retreat hotel.

The terrain slopes down towards the north, with the lowest point being an existing reservoir.
Master Plan
With very limited area to work with we decided to put all parking underground. The basement isn't actually excavated but rather we rebuilt the ground level landscape upwards instead. That;s the benefit of having a hilly lot.
Exterior Renderings
All the units are small and stacked on top of each other, but this is not apparent due to the way the elevations are designed.
The surroundings are devoid of urban noises and full of the sounds of nature, plus Buddhist music and chanting from the nearby temple. Very relaxing.
