Lotus Villa will be located on Sairee Beach with prime views of the Gulf of Thailand. Designed as a modern spacious floor plan and traditional tropical house with high internal volumes for cooling, deep verandahs for shading, optimised seasonal cross ventilation, and natural airflow strategies.
