My name is Boniface Kazoba, my full Name is Boniface N.R Kazoba, Im a Tanzanian , living in Dar es Salaam. my office is at Mbezi Beach Shamo Tower Building. EDUCATION; I have a bachelor Degree in Architecture and Masters Degree in Projects Management. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. Iam a Registered Architect with Architects and Quantity Surveyor Registration Board (AQRB) here in Tanzania since 2007. Im currently working with Space Consult Architects (T) Ltd Famous known as Space Architects.(www.spacearchitects.co.tz), as a Managing Director.. I have 21 years of experience. DESIGN EXPERIENCE Private and Public Building, i work with private developers, Cooperates, NGOs, International Organization, like WB, UNICEF, Goverment projects in various types including. Residential house, Apartments, Villa, Hospital, Commercial, Schools, Bank design, Landscape, Interior design etc MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE I have experience in Management of project and coordinating other stakeholders working in the project, including client, sub consultant, contractor on site. I manage construction on site, including regular inspection of the construction during construction stage. Chairing of meetings. Approve payment to contractors Managing the supply chain of the construction project Report and communicate information on the projects to clients.
