I am an experienced Architect who has worked for the Government, Corporate and Private sector for over 14 years. I have worked on various scales of projects ranging from a Planning and design of large scale institutional buildings like hospitals, office complex and Laboratories to residential buildings, villas, condoniums and Hotels/Resorts. More than 14 years of working as an Design Architect and also project architect has helped develop a design ideation in me whereby the interpretation of architecture with its cultural values in the built forms has become a standard for me. Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Australia has further enhanced my knowledge in understanding architecture settlement planning and building management plans.
I have a world class knowledge and experience in development of conceptual architectural designs, completing construction working drawings, and scrutinizing of architectural and engineering designs prepared by Consultants. Added expertise and experience in the field of Architectural software like AutoCAD, Sketch up 3D and Lumion rendering and walkthrough has aided me in preparing technical design specifications, Architectural drawings and 3d presentations which are innovative and environmentally friendly.
I have worked with international organizations like ADB projects, my tasks have included overall project planning, management, and coordination. The planning most often than not has included the undertaking of Feasibility Studies, preparation of Detailed Project Reports, acting as the focal person for procurement processes for numerous projects, formulation of Project Work Plans, and developing Surveys Reports of renovation and maintenance plans for Hospital building and Interior space planning. Management and coordination works have had me carry out numerous site supervision and monitoring of quality checks.
