Our company name was originated formed by architect (MARIO LUMANLAN BORCENIO ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANT) MLBAC CONSTRUCTION SERVICES; we started 2010-2014 in small scale construction firm by designing & planning of residential, commercial buildings, School Building (Saint. Michael Elementary School San Miguel Tarlac City), land scape hotel (Costa Pacifica Baler Aurora) & warehouses.
Last quarter of 2014 the MLBAC/owner was traveled work abroad as (OFW) in Jeddah Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and employed as ARCHITECT of MARBLE & GRANITE INTERNATIONAL CORP LTD-SAUDI BIN LADEN GROUP OF COMPANY Shop Drawing department and Structural Fixation Marketing department until December 2016.
And the mid-year of 2017 we planning to re-build of our company and started in construction business name MLBAC CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.
MLABAC CONSTRCUTION SERVICES is involve in every project stages, from pre-construction to implementation and post-construction, offering continual and technical support.
We offer an architectural design, planning structural, electrical, and plumbing. Construction Residential project, commercial project, Institutional project, Industrial warehouse, modular project, structural fabrication (with shop drawing) and structural steel frame erection, renovation, civil works and others.
